EcoCreeper Returns Policy

You can return EcoCreeper gear free from anywhere in the UK within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure the product you are returning is unused and please return with the original packaging and labels and using the FREEPOST address provided on the returns leaflet that was enclosed in the original dispatch. We will be most grateful to have the completed form and details of the refund or exchange you require and why you wish to return the product so we can improve our products and service to you in the future. To ensure that you will receive a full refund, even if your goods are mislaid in the post, we advise you to request a proof of posting certificate. We endeavor to process all returns in an expedient manner, but please give us up to 28 days.

If you return an item within 14 days of purchase we will take this as notice of cancellation of your order or part thereof. The goods dispatched are provided to you for your approval and legal title to the goods only passes to you 14 days after delivery. EcoCreeper will give you a full refund of the amount paid on receipt of the products you are exchanging. For returned goods bought at a discount, that discount will no longer apply if it falls below the discount threshold. The contract between EcoCreeper and you requires that you return the goods to us upon cancellation. We will arrange replacement products if required; and this constitutes a separate contract. In this instance we will charge for packing and delivery of the new product(s). Your statutory rights are not affected.

We do, from time to time, link to third party websites which we do not control and our privacy policy does not cover. We do not accept any responsibility for or liability in respect of either the contents or your use of these third party sites. Our online transactional process uses "cookies" which are not computer programmes and do not read material on your hard disk or contain viruses. These "cookies" enable our website to recognise you and only contain the information you provided us with.

We have taken care to ensure that the information provided within this website is correct and that our products have been described accurately to the best of our knowledge. Our prices include VAT but delivery is charged extra. We would like you to note that colours of products may vary from screen to screen despite our best efforts to make them as accurate as possible.

We accept no liability for any loss or damage suffered by you, arising directly or indirectly, as a result of using our website and the information contained within it.

While we do our utmost to deliver purchases within the time-scales indicated on EcoCreeper.com we do not accept any liability for late delivery. In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Conclusion of a Contract at a Distance) Regulations 2000, you have the right to withdraw from any transaction. Your right to return goods is protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

EcoCreeper makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that our website is free from viruses and defects. We cannot, however, guarantee that the use of this website or any third party websites linked to it will not damage your computer or it's contents. We accept no liability for any loss or damage to your and the information on it arising from your use of this website. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information with regards to your account is kept confidential. EcoCreeper shall not accept liability for any loss or damage as a result of you not keeping all such information confidential.
