In what way are you so Eco?

All of our clothes are Fair Wear at a minimum and where possible, we have 90% Carbon Free clothing and use Soil Associated ink in our prints.  All our stationary and even our bags we post your new purchase to you is recyclable or biodegradable.

Do I need to create an account to shop with you?

No, you can check out without having to create an account. However we’d recommend that you do create an account, as your details will be saved meaning you don’t have to re-enter them every time you go to purchase an item.

If you cant find the item in your size, please contact us with any requests and we will try to arrange this for you.

Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

As soon as we receive the order, we aim to dispatch within one working day via first class post.

Can I order from over seas?

Yes, we deliver all over the globe, but you will need to allow a little longer for your product to reach you.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is completely free, except on international parcels where a fee may be required to cover international mail cost.

Payment & Returns

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept EcoCreeper gift vouchers, however please check the expiry date first.

What is your return policy?

We accept all returns with no quibble within 28 days - just send your purchase back with all the original packaging and dispatch form. We will send an alternative or provide you with a full refund.
